I have a question for Ross Paterson,  namely do you decline an account request,  and if so, what reasons do you have for declining an account request?<div><br></div><div>I mean,  I would guess the current process doesn&#39;t attract spam account requests,  and it&#39;s hard to see how you would know that a given account has malicious intent...</div>
