hi devs,

I tried doing a fresh clone of ghc with

git clone --recursive https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc

and got

Trying again, with the same command, within a minute afterward, I got:

Cloning into 'ghc'...
fatal: unable to access 'https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/': The
requested URL returned error: 502

I also get a 502 when going to the haskell gitlab page.
