Hi,

There used to be a GHC API documentation along with other documentation in the GHC release. But I cannot find it any more. For example, in GHC 9.6.1 this link - https://downloads.haskell.org/ghc/9.6.1/docs/libraries/ghc/index.html is broken.

What happened to this? Is this now available at some alternate location?
