For the Windows users:

I have pushed GHC to the chocolatey package manager. You can find the packages including this rc1 here https://chocolatey.org/packages/ghc

cinst ghc -pre

To install it.

The rest of the packages are still under moderation so until then you need to specify the full version of the one you want.
