I encountered one other (relatively minor) issue building on Windows:<div><br></div><div>In my recently installed MinGW environment, there was no &quot;usr/local&quot; folder until I created it. For this reason, the &quot;make install&quot; process silently failed to copy the binaries to their intended location.</div>
