Hi Simon,

I took a brief look and it might just be CI being strained from ghc-9.12.1-alpha2
and related CI jobs.

It seems the number of pending jobs already went down slightly
between when I first looked at it and just now.
I would expect to resolve itself in the next few hours.
But I will take a closer look in a few hours if the issue persists.

https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/-/merge_requests/13553 has been stalled for 9 hrs.   I have not seen that before.
