Hi,

If anyone needs to debug ghc with ghc-debug enabled I just updated the `wip/ghc-with-debug` branch. You can cherry-pick the commit from there onto your branch and the resulting compiler will have ghc-debug enabled.

Thanks to Hannes and Rodrigo for contributing updates in the past which I have squashed and force pushed.
