Welcome to Jaro, Jeff and Rodrigo, it's great to have you as part of the
committee. I've invited all of you to the GitHub organization. You are
welcome to contribute to the discussion of proposals (in particular
proposal #732 is currently pending committee review), and I'll assign
you as shepherds in due course.

As I've previously indicated, I'm happy to continue as secretary for the
time being, if the committee wishes. But if anyone else would like to
volunteer as secretary, please do feel free to speak up!
