Hello,

This compiles fine:

    foo :: forall b. (b -> String, Int)
    foo = (const "hi", 0)
   
    bar :: (forall b. b -> String, Int)
    bar = (const "hi", 0)

but changing the definition of bar to:

    bar = foo

causes a type error.
