I'm a bit mystified about this issue myself.

I've created a GitHub issue: https://github.com/haskell/hackage-server/issues/478 inspired by this and the other recent threads.

Hopefully some of the maintainers of the hackage library will respond and we can get a plan together and make some progress here.

I'm facing missing docs during last few weeks, both Hoogle and Hayoo links to Hackage and usual response I see is "Not found". Stackage helps a lot, but most of the time I have to manually search same term on Stackage again.

Can we improve this sad situation finally?
