What motivated your original email? why do you expect someone to create an account for you? on which system do you expect to get an account? or for what purpose?

About GSOC 2015, it seems like the application for students won't open until a few weeks, according to this thread: http://www.reddit.com/r/haskell/comments/2xp9v2/haskellorg_has_been_accepted_into_gsoc_2015/
