The config step fails with missing header. I tried running it with mingw (tried with the latest one too - just in case : <a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/Automated%20MinGW%20Installer/">http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/Automated%20MinGW%20Installer/</a>)</div>
