Great! I like it a lot, but a couple of minor suggestions regarding the "tree" view of modules. I think it would be more attractive (and space-efficient) to have them indent a little less and to provide some sort of visual link, in the form of even subtle branches, from parents to children. A bit like http://origin.arstechnica.com/journals/linux.media/300/dolphin_tree_view.png or similar.
