Where might I find or submit a paper on functional data structures?  Examples I&#39;ve found so far include <a href="http://www.icfpconference.org/">ICFP</a> and the <a href="http://journals.cambridge.org/action/displayJournal?jid=JFP">JFP</a>, but Google hasn&#39;t found me anything else.<br>
