Ok, as live as you can get mixing native Haskell and windows, without the skills to DIY tooling. Are we that far behind?

There was a time when this was correct, but it has been gone for almost
a decade now.
Today, you can even choose the abstraction level:
- GTK++ for GUI
- SDL for multimedia
- OpenGL for 3d Graphics
