I would like to take over maintenance of the following two packages: "dtd-types" & "dtd-text".  I have attempted to e-mail the original package author with no response.  I realize this can be a busy time of the year; personally, I would have no problems what-so-ever when/if the original author returns to relinquish stewardship of the aforementioned packages.
