Cross Compass is a Japanese AI consultancy founded in 2015 in Tokyo. It is a leader in AI for manufacturing and industrial robotics with 80~100 projects per year. Salary will be based on experience and shall be determined by market pay rates for programming positions in Tokyo. The application process will include a one month trial period. Remote work is possible but we prefer candidates who live, or want to live, in Tokyo, for a larger interaction with our teams. We provide visa sponsorship.
