I started out writing a blog post about why I chose to become a contributor to the Haskell Foundation.  It ended up being a bit of a bigger picture recap of my whole Haskell journey.  I would like to share it with you, since many of the people here have been really influential to me over the past 15 years.  Thank you all so much.
