Out of curiosity, do we know why the Language Shootout has <a href="http://shootout.alioth.debian.org/u64q/program.php?test=spectralnorm&amp;lang=ghc&amp;id=4">upgraded</a> to GHC 7.4.1, but still isn&#39;t using -fllvm for e.g. the spectral-norm benchmark?  (It results in a nonnegligible speedup on my machine.)<div>
