T.E.L.'03 discussion FORUM will open early October for registrered participants to interact with authors. You can read contributed papers posted at T.E.L.'03 website http://giorgio.usr.dsi.unimi.it/.

Papers will still be public for a few days but will be restricted to paying partecipants when discussion FORUM opens - papers' abstracts will remain available to everybody interested.

Please note that we are keeping registration fees low to encourage attendance (ELERN Conference in Berlin 4-6december costs 750 euro early). I hope to surprise you with a welcome dinner wednesday 19th november.

TEL'03 early registration deadline - free to students - is closing 15 October.
Early Rates (before 15 October 2003):
„       200 Euro for each participant.
„       100 Euro for each other participant and author/speaker.
„       Free Admission for students.
Regular Rates (After 15 October 2003):
„       250 Euro for each participant.
„       120 Euro for each other participant and author/speaker.
20 Euro for students.
On Site Rate: 300 Euro
