I'm trying to run Hat. Installed nhc98 in my space :
           ~/nhc98-1.14a
hat compiled separately and then copied the stuff across to the nhc tree

When I try to run
         hmake -hat hello.hs

it gives me:
         Warning: -package hat library  not found.

What have I done wrong?
