Hello,

I'm using an old and customized version of the OpenGL binding, but the following should work:

do
  [vbo] <- genObjectNames 1 :: IO [BufferObject]
  bindBuffer ArrayBuffer $= Just vbo

(or at least I hope I didn't misunderstand the question)

What i can't do in haskell is done in the CPP code with:
       glGenVertexArrays(1, &vertexArrayObject);
       glBindVertexArray(vertexArrayObject);
