I notice that when I install the latest version of Hugs in Win 2k or Win XP,  there is no shortcut to winhugs in the program group.  A shortcut has to be coped into  "Documents and Settings",  All Users , Start, Programs, Hugs98.

Is ther a reason why this link is missing?
