The #haskell-iphone chat room is logged by irseek.com.  I got the message below in response to an inquiry about whether the logs can be browsed.

I'd like to have conveniently accessible logs.  Does anyone have additional logging suggestions?

At the moment the only way to see the logs is by searching for them
and accessing the results.

However, in the near future the logs will be browseable by date.
