This is based on a patch by <b id="_user_ei@vuokko.info">Esa Ilari Vuokko</b>. I had a lot of difficulty getting Cygwin set up so I didn't test the changes under Cygwin, but I tested them under Ubuntu and MSYS/MinGW.<br><br>
