Well, to follow up on the WAI improvement thread: I&#39;ve just pushed the first commit for WAI 0.2.0; this commit makes request and response headers case-insensitive. I&#39;m in no rush to make this release, so if anyone has some changes they&#39;d like to see, please let me know (are just send a patch).<div>
