I personally would prefer reading/writing in a mailing list (even my beginners questions), since this is pure, simple, and continuous.<br>Stackoverflow is - at first sight - nice indeed, but for the long term, in my eyes, it is over-crowed regarding too many informations, that do not belong to the topic itself,  it has too much colors, different fonts and graphics. <br>
