VirtualBox and xmonad work fine here, I don&#39;t have any problem, even without guest additions.<br>It&#39;s probably something in your virtualbox, have you tested with other wm&#39;s?<br>Do you have guest additions installed (on the guest)? <br>

With additions the mouse can always leave the virtualbox normally.<br>And, as I expect, if you click inside the guest area, xmonad won&#39;t capture it.<br>But you can float vb window by clicking its boarders or bars (that are outside guest area).<br>

Greetings,<br><br>When I try to use VirtualBox in xmonad, it fails to give up control of the mouse or keyboard when I use the release key (right ctrl).<br><br>I was hoping this was just a bug from a while ago in virtual box or xmonad, but I just tried it again this morning and still have the same problem? Anyone know a good work around?<br>
