I'm trying to arrange for a keyboard shortcut to launch an application
on a fresh workspace with a full screen layout. spawnOn doesn't appear
to be paying attention to the workspace id argument ... the window
always appears on the current workspace.

Ideally I'd also like to immediately navigate to the workspace the app
has launched on.
