[arch-haskell] ghc 7.0.3 update complete

Hi guys, we have a new release of cabal2arch, the binary repository for x86 has been re-built, and all updated PKGBUILDs have been uploaded to AUR. As far as I can tell, the transition to GHC 7.0.3 is complete. Take care, Peter
