I just upgraded to ghc 7.6.2 and had no problems with other packages.

Very strange since the signature is correct on the server:

Try forcing a re-download of it and see if that helps.

That worked. My version was from Nov. 14. Apparently it didn't get a version bump when recompiled for 7.6.2.
