[arch-haskell] STAT: GHC needs a rebuild for new gmp in testing

Heads up: The new gmp in [testing] has a new SO_VERSION, and the ghc package needs a rebuild. Once gmp clears testing, it'll break ghc for everyone, which will definitely hurt platform compliance ;) Regards, Matt.
