[arch-haskell] Thanks and some package requests

First off, thank you very much Magnus for maintaining this repo; It's a great help. As well, thank you to everyone that has contributed to it. I have a few package requests that are confirmed working with the repo: html-conduit which depends on tagstream-conduit text-format which depends on double-conversion regex-tdfa-text which will be useful until regex-tdfa supports Data.Text{,.Lazy} I'm not sure who's in charge of the arch-haskell mailing list page, but everything defaults to http when https is available. It may be helpful to switch that over. Thanks
