Are you sure you don't already have it? It is worth to note that this mailing list is about the arch-haskell [1] repository, you can find details on it at the given link. As Magnus already stated, 7.10.2 has been built for this repository some time ago. GHC is still version 7.10.1 for the official arch repositories, marked as out of date.
