Package update request: hakyll 4.0 (haskell-web)

Any chance we can get hakyll updated from 3.5 -> 4? I know haskell-core automatically updates, but wasn't sure haskell-web is. http://jaspervdj.be/posts/2013-01-16-hakyll-4.0.html http://hackage.haskell.org/package/hakyll If there's a better way to make these requests, let me know. Cheers, es

I'm updating right now. Late this night or tomorrow it should be updated. I
will report any issue.

Sorry. We have to wait pandoc update:
Failed to satisfy the following dependencies for hakyll:
pandoc >=1.10 && <1.11
Magnus, is there a reason to not update pandoc?

Yeah, graphalyze is holding it back. I attempted a simple bump in the cabal file, but the compile failed so I'm waiting for upstream to fix it. Maybe it's time to send a friendly request. /M -- Magnus Therning OpenPGP: 0xAB4DFBA4 email: magnus@therning.org jabber: magnus@therning.org twitter: magthe http://therning.org/magnus Perl is another example of filling a tiny, short-term need, and then being a real problem in the longer term. -- Alan Kay

Magnus, I'd appreciate that. Moving to Hakyll 4.0 is a must do for me and I'd prefer to stay on the haskell repos if possible. Please let me know if I can assist in any way in lobbying for graphalyze to update it's dependencies. Thanks, Ethan

I've sent a question to the maintainer of Graphalyze if he's already working on a version that works with the latest pandoc. /M -- Magnus Therning OpenPGP: 0xAB4DFBA4 email: magnus@therning.org jabber: magnus@therning.org twitter: magthe http://therning.org/magnus

Hi Magnus,
did you get any response from the maintainer of Graphalize?
Yes, he was busy with linux.au that week and would try to upgrade Graphalyze the following week (the week that just passed). I'll wait a few more days before nudging him again. -- Alan Kay
