For locally available I'm not sure how to do it but I know it exists, it was mentioned in one of the videos I watched, I think it's [this one](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpDQhGYPqkU&list=PLxj9UAX4Em-Ij4TKwKvo-SLp-Zbv-hB4B&index=3) but I'm not sure. As for knowing whether it's included in the prelude or not, I usually check the address bar on Hoogle or the header. But there are probably more efficient ways to deal with this. Goodluck!
