Good question. Ghc-pkg list gives me Cabal-1.8.0.6 and 1.10..1.0.
Ghc-pkg check tells me that cabal-1.8.0.6 is broken though because of
some dependency on Process 1.0.1.5.
It's all a bit of a mystery to me.
