
1.22.2.0 has been updated on the downloads page. The issue still
remains the the '-latest' symlinks have not been updated.

I’ve re-enabled the directory listings for https://www.haskell.org/cabal/release/
(admins, note: I just changed the nginx.conf directly, we need to backport all our changes into the full deploy scripts…)

Being able to browse these directories was probably the only way to locate binary downloads for releases older than the one linked from the download page, which is currently 1.22.0.0.
