Pretty printer for cabal files.

Hi, I've contributed pretty priniting code for Cabal files more then a year ago. Now I see that it still has not found its way to Cabal in new Haskell Plattform. So Leksah still can't edit cabal files in a reasonable way. Is this by purpose or by accident? Jürgen
