Now it should support most of the things and the parser issues are
resolved. The syntax is:

cond = exp [ "&&" exp | "||" exp ]
exp  = "!" exp
     | "os"   "(" word ")"
     | "arch" "(" word ")"
     | "package" "(" dependency ")"
     | word
     | "(" cond ")"

Dependencies are in the form of package(base < 2.0) rather than
package(base-any, <2.0)

This should be ready for testing.
