"Not a repository" error on darcs pull/send on hackage-server

Hi, I'd like to create and send the patches I worked on during BelHac. This morning I tried several times to `darcs pull` from hackage-server but it failed (until the last time, when it succeded) with "darcs failed: Not a repository". Now, I have the same error trying to `darcs send`. Is it possible to create the patches without Internet connectivity? Thanks, Thu
