Seems to work fine on Windows (tested with GHC 7.6.3), although there are 4 spurious test suite failures (dist/build/lemon/lemon is executed instead of dist/build/lemon/lemon.exe and the output is parsed incorrectly in one case).

Also seems to work fine with GHC 7.2. I've fixed the test suite failures.
