[PATCH] Store licenses in text files instead of code

Hi, Attached is a small patch that (mostly) removes hardcoded licenses from Distribution.Client.Init. I wrote it mainly to brush up on my Darcs skills. -- ()  ascii ribbon campaign - against html e-mail /\  www.asciiribbon.org   - against proprietary attachments
