[ANN] Cabal and cabal-install 1.24.0.0 have been released
Hi all, Cabal and cabal-install 1.24.0.0 have been released. These have been uploaded to hackage, tagged in the repo and updated on the downloads page. the cabal-latest directory should probably be updated as well, and
particularly the doc section:
https://www.haskell.org/cabal/release/cabal-latest/
I also note that the docs haven't built on hackage for Cabal, and it
would be nice to upload those I guess..?
