Ready to make release candidates for 1.18 and 1.20 bugfix releases
Hi! I believe I have merged all the fixes people wanted to see in 1.18 and 1.20. Anyone who's interested please double-check that your fixes are in: 1.18: https://github.com/haskell/cabal/compare/cabal-install-v1.18.0.5...1.18 1.20: https://github.com/haskell/cabal/compare/cabal-install-v1.20.0.3...1.20 If everyone are happy with these, I will try to make some releases this weekend. -- Johan

We probably also want to include a fix for https://github.com/haskell/cabal/issues/2207 I'll write a patch unless someone beats me to it.
I don’t see “Self-constraint not included in frozen constraints” (8ed42ce) on the list for 1.20, and I’d very much like for it to be included. This commit is included in PR#1990, and is a fix for #1908. https://github.com/haskell/cabal/pull/1990 https://github.com/haskell/cabal/issues/1908 -- Miëtek On 2014-12-03, at 17:04, Mikhail Glushenkov <the.dead.shall.rise@gmail.com> wrote:

This is now fixed both in HEAD and in 1.20/1.18.
I've cherry-picked the commit from https://github.com/haskell/cabal/pull/1990. Are we good to go? On Wed, Dec 3, 2014 at 9:50 PM, Mikhail Glushenkov < the.dead.shall.rise@gmail.com> wrote:
