L.S., I found, amongst others, the SDL package (at page http://new-hackage.haskell.org/packages/ ) in the Unclassified category, while the cabal file of this package says "Foreign binding". On page http://new-hackage.haskell.org/package/SDL , clicking on the link "Foreign binding", leads to the top of the package listing, instead of the Foreign binding section.
