Re: pre-RC1 test bits available

http://haskell.org/Hugs/downloads/Oct2002/ contains RC1 bits that I'm proposing to announce as being available for wider testing sometime over the next 24 hours.

Please have a look to see if there's anything major missing and/or broken.

There's a GHC dependency in line 1 of fptools/libraries/base/Text/Regex/Posix_hsc_make.c, which I guess contradicts the purpose of that file. Not sure what to do about it, though. -- Johan
