pre-RC1 test bits available

http://haskell.org/Hugs/downloads/Oct2002/ contains RC1 bits that I'm proposing to announce as being available for wider testing sometime over the next 24 hours. Please have a look to see if there's anything major missing and/or broken. thanks, --sigbjorn
