patch applied (hugs98): adapt to new Control.Exception

Tue Aug 12 17:57:43 PDT 2008 Ross Paterson * adapt to new Control.Exception Haskell 98 library modules (including the Prelude), and modules they import, must be Haskell 98. Therefore we use a representation of SomeException that can concretely represent the exceptions thrown by Hugs, without existential types or Typeable instances. The rest is in Control.Exception in the base package.
