  ffi.c: Generates correct code for CAFs

  Storable: Contains instances for all types.

  (The alignment field is 1 for all entries.  This is because I can't
  think of an appropriate piece of code to determine the correct
  alignment at runtime.  Would sizeof be a conservative guess?)
